GA4 Geo Workaround for Server Side Events
In this video, I explain a workaround for the issue with Google Analytics 4 not associating measurement protocol events, such as server side purchase events, with client side geo data. I demonstrate how to create a session level segment to view purchases by country, region, or city. I also show how to create more sophisticated segments, like Europe excluding the United Kingdom. This workaround can help you overcome the limitations of Google Analytics 4 for server side events.
