Google Earth Studio
A test of the cinematic capabilities of Google Earth Studio whilst it is still in public beta.
All images were created and edited in Google Earth Studio, exporting each image sequence out as a individual JPEG's, and compositing them in Adobe After Effects.
My favorite feature in Studio is the ability to control and transition between night and day, which can transform a scene instantly and has detailed key-framing control.
Additional elements such as birds/atmosphere/lighting were added at this stage, and the brought into Premier Pro for light colour grading and audio treatment.
In total this project took about 4 days from start to finish, and was super fun to have the 3D cities available in Google Earth as a playground.
