1-1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup oil
1 cup cocoa powder
300 ml warm water
2-1/2 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
Chocolate ganache
1/2 cup of milk
6 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 tablespoon butter
