Fixing Surgical History Errors in eClinicalWorks pre-SP1c20
This is a very specific error which occurs in eClinicalWorks in versions earlier than service pack 1c20. At times, the surgical history cannot be important back into the current progress note even if it exists in the right chart panel. This is a known software air which is supposed to be fixed with the newest service pack. However, this process will allow use her to quickly bring in the surgical history rather than having to manually reenter the data.
