Enable Developer Menu & Debug Mode on ANY KaiOS phone! [ Doro 7060: JAILBREAK! - PART 1 ]
How to enable the Developer Menu on any KaiOS device using a function from the browser. As you all know, KaiOS is based on Firefox OS and some extensions still work on it. The Developer meno is hidden by default from the manifacturer, and it is just an HTML file in the Settings app. By connecting the browser of KaiOS from a website, we can open it!
The website is https://w2d.bananahackers.net/
Once enabled Debugger and ADB & DevTools, a bug icon should appear in the taskbar above. After this, just try to jailbreak by using OmniSD or Wallace Toolbox.
This method was successfully tested also on CAT B35, Nokia 2720 /800 /8110 and Blu Zoey Smart. This should work great on any KaiOS phone (including Jio Phone and Alcatel).
Just try it!
I've finally jailbroken my Doro 7060 starting from here, but it requires a special mode (FFBM) to made ADB and Development Tools working properly. There is a lot of work to do on that device, but being able to install third-party apps is a start for everybody in the world!
