Things are getting dicey for young restaurateur Holger at "Chaco Tex Mex" in Kenzingen near Freiburg. Since his father's death, the entire responsibility for the house and business has rested on his shoulders. Holger wanted to get back into the black with Mexican cuisine, but now the bank is breathing down his neck. The problem at "Chaco Tex Mex": too few customers are coming, and the debts are piling up. Are all the young restaurateur's efforts in vain? The RTL II cooking experts Frank Oehler, Andi Schweiger, and Ole Plogstedt are on their way to find out.
