With his "I'm the boss!" attitude, it seems that running the restaurant is no problem for the trained electrical engineer Jürgen (52). But he meddles wherever he can, leaving all the employees stressed and rushed around the kitchen, distracted from their actual jobs. This seems to be the last straw at the "Sonsbecker Brauhaus," as there are two other problems as well. Besides the restaurant area, the establishment also houses a small snack bar, and both are struggling to attract customers. Chef experts Frank Oehler, Ole Plogstedt, and Nils Egtermeyer quickly realize that only one thing will help: They need to bring out the big guns, both in the team and in the kitchen!
