Ingredients
2.9kl pork ribs
2 medium onions(cut/slice)
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 mushrooms
100 g cube radish
100g carrot
ground black pepper
small amount of ginger powder
You can add potato if you want.
3~ 4 pcs jujubes
Braising Sauce
1 cup soysauce
1 cup water
1/2 mas-sul 맛술 ( korean cooking wine)
if you don't have you can use white wine or soju.😍
1/3 cup sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
You can make ahead of time with this sauce and put it in a fridge (opt). Shake it before you use it .😁
Why I need to soak them in the water for a long time?
To draw out the red liquid( look like blood) from the meat.
You don't need to soak the meat for a long time if you don't have enough time 20minutes will be just fine.
Why I need to boil them for 10minutes?
To less the fats (oiliness)and nasty smell of the meat.
There's alot of various type of making sauce but today I make an easy and simple sauce that everyone can easily find in the kitchen.
If you have pressure cooker you can use it too for faster cooking.
For me I cook it usually in a slow time to suit the taste of my mother-in-law.
