Goat Lake Trail is a 10.5 mile round trip with 1400 ft elevation gain. It feels more like a stroll with how little elevation gain there is. It consists of two trails, upper trail and lower trail. The lower trail is the one I usually take, its more scenic and follows along the river. There is an abandoned trail thats marked by a rock stack that leads to a waterfall after the two trails meet back up. The lake can get busy and so can the parking lot, I'd suggest either going super early or later in the day when most of the day hikers are heading back.
