Fall Equinox Yoga | Celebrate Mabon with this Autumn Vinyasa Sequence 🍂 🧘
Known in the mystical community as Mabon, the fall equinox is a time when the energies of light and dark are held in balance. As one. of the most pivotal Pagan holidays, a Mabon celebration is needed! So, today we're doing some fall equinox yoga.
In the autumn vinyasa sequence that follows, we’re taking a soothing approach to twists. Alternate nostril breathing helps us find a soothing sense of balance between the left and right hemispheres of the brain and nourish the nervous system. Finally, deep hip openers help us to release and settle, honoring the Earth’s seasonal turn towards rest and regeneration. I suggest comfy clothes, soothing lights, and a collection of your favorite fall scents for this practice.
