_ Legal References (Labor Code):

__ Article L1152-1: No employee shall be subjected to repeated acts of workplace harassment that have the purpose or effect of degrading their working conditions in a way that is likely to infringe upon their rights and dignity, impair their physical or mental health, or jeopardize their professional future.

__ Article L1152-5: Any employee who engages in workplace harassment is subject to disciplinary action.
