Understanding Garage Door Springs - What I LEARNED Because It BROKE
So the garage door springs completely snapped earlier this week making it impossible to use the garage door opener and or access the garage from the outside. Because it broke (and I'm cheap) I got the opportunity to learn about the mechanism that enables the tiny garage door opener motor to open the really heavy garage door.
