Left Outer Join - Blended Data in Looker Studio
Let's talk about Blended Data in Looker Studio
We have a data table from Google Ads with data for April 14th and 15th. And a Facebook Ads table with data for April 13th, 12th, and 14th.
If we combine these two tables by date using a Left Outer Join, where Google Ads is our left table. Then, the data from Facebook Ads will be added to the Google Ads rows only for the dates we have data, which is only April 14th.
But for April 15th, Facebook Ads spending will show as Null because we don't have data.
