Do you know how many of your customers come back to you month after month?
With the new Looker Studio report from Gaille Reports, analyzing new and returning users is now super easy! Check it out: on the first page, we start with the total number of users from the previous month and see the count of new, returning, and lost customers, as well as the overall customer count in our database.
Next, there's a graph showing the growth of the database over the past 12 months and a table with details.
On the second page, we see the revenue for the previous month broken down by new and returning customers, along with the number of purchases for each group.
These same metrics are shown over time, with a table of details.
And finally, one of the important metrics when analyzing sales is the Average Order Value overall and separately for new and returning users.
