The Bramble, despite it being a Gin based Cocktail, does happen to be one of my favourite Cocktails. its super easy to make. It tastes fantastic. In fact, I rarely ever have anyone on my Masterclasses saying they don't like it. HOWEVER, if every bar served the same Bramble Cocktail, people would soon get bored of it. So here's my top Bramble Cocktail variations and how I think you should serve the Bramble this Autumn.
