Route a Phone Number in Grasshopper
You may have a single phone number with Grasshopper or multiple ones. Either way, you want to ensure your customers reach the desired location when they call the number. Up to 15 forwarding numbers can be added for each extension. Phone numbers can be routed to extensions or greetings.
You must be an Admin to route phone numbers in Grasshopper.
