From the creator of godawful Wait and See!, even more godawful Lion King 3 and surprisingly decent Commandos, it's Death Caliber, the story of which spins around the September 11 attacks and where you have to dispose of TONS of terrorists that don't even look like they were born in Iraq.
But not that's ironic. THIS. THIS is ironic. Hummer Software, the descendants of Dragon Co. (which, ironically, shares the name with the famous Hummer Team yet has nothing to do with it), has previously made Iraq War 2003, which was pretty much the complete opposite of the game: you played as an Iraq soldier in the turret, shooting out Americans, the game is more slow-paced, and it was released in Engrish as opposed to DC's Russheng (and exactly the same as in Commandos).
And there's more and more irony, to be precise: one of the player characters is Lora Crobt [sic!] from London (well, at least they got her birthplace more or less right), while the other one is stated to be from Birmingham, and his name is... Zhdyong Long.
Oh, and again, unlike Iraq War 2003, this game is hard as hell, so I definitely recommend you to play this on the easiest difficulty possible (not on medium or hald [sic again!]) and never EVER do 100% accuracy runs of it. And, I swear to Hummer Cheng (who, also confusingly enough, was the founder of Hummer TEAM), never EVER try to play this from the portable devices. At motherfucking all.
If you read what I said about this game on PGC Forums (here: http://s4.zetaboards.com/PGC_Forums/t..., then I must give my words back: it's crappy but it's not THAT incontrollable. In fact, the audiovisual part while actually not living up to any of the standards of a MegaDrive game (the sounds, at least, which are entirely PCMs), are actually pretty cool.
P. S. Yeah, it appears that Pokemon Crazy Drummer, Commandos and Harry Potter weren't the only games made by TomSoft during their MegaDrive era: the NEW ROM site actually reveals there are two more of these: one is our today's victim and another one is Deer Hunter.
