It's been a while since I have posted any ACTUAL game videos on my channel... Therefore, I decided to footage some re-e-e-e-eally obscure games you have definitely never heard of. All vids on this topic will be posted in the continued "Consolidations" series.
This is The Cezar, the first game ever made and released by Action group, a.k.a. Marie Slip a.k.a. just Slip a.k.a. Sergei Slobodchikov. After making a bunch of games for ZX Spectrum, he went away to the goth band named Otto Dix. Pretty much all the long story about him short.
As you may have already guessed, this thing is based on the original PC Caesar games, complete with such features as clearing the land, renting the places for housing, markets and trades, senates and so on. Another feature from the original: a pretty annoying situation when you run out of money very quickly just to build this and that and even more nasty way of getting your funds restored, only this time, earning the money by setting the taxes will be a bit harder...
