Everything I ate, WHY and recipes! 👇
.
💪 Cereal + protein shake- Usual routine here of munchin' on cereal on the way to the gym in the AM when I go then grabbin' some muscle-fuelin' protein once home. @premierprotein is my fave shake- this flavor was new to me a highly recommend!
.
🍌 Banana bread overnight oats made as a Creami - Not my fave flavor but a nice change of pace! I think I actually like these better as oats. I just find these so satisfying and filling and enjoyable! Easy to meal prep too for a smooth week!
.
🍗 Dill pickle chicken salad + crackers + grapes- Made a big batch of the BEST chicken salad! I was kinda cravin' some crunch factor so I opted for crackers for my carb source and then some sweet, refreshing grapes on the side
.
🧀 Apple + cheese + turkey roll up thingies😅- this is such a random snack for me, usually I'm a sweet snack grilie pop but these HIT THE SPOT! Oh my lanta. Divine. Fat from the cheese, protein from turkey and fiber from apple? filllllling 😍
.
🥪 Italian chopped subs + grilled green beans- I'm obsessed with these subs😋 It's no cook and takes minutes to make? Count me in! Perf for summer evenings (or when you're exhausted lol) then my husband is pro grill master of the house and grilled some green beans on the @blackstone (Which I really love BTW! highly recommend)
.
🥧 Apple pie egg rolls - I got some fun things from a recent @homechef order so my hubs and I gave these a go together, fun right?! Dinner was pretty filling so I ate enough to experience it, enjoy, yet not be overllllly full and uncomfortable.
