How to paste on correct track Adobe Premiere (year 2022) - a fix to the change
the issues is very easy to fix - change the shortcuts the keyboard shortcuts. Adobe changed Ctrl+V to mean "paste on same track".
I am no Premiere pro but this is a super quick explanation on how to repair the issue.
Why? who knows.
