गर्मियों का मौसम है और बर्फ के गोले बेचने वाले रोज आते है | हमारे बच्चे जिद करते है कि हमें वो बर्फ का गोला चाहिए | बच्चे क्या गर्मियों में तो बड़ों - बूढों को भी ये बहुत पसंद आता है |

आवश्यक सामग्री Ingredients बर्फ का गोला बनाने के लिए :

बर्फ के क्यूब्स- 32
चीनी - 1 & 1/2 कप
काला नमक - 1 छोटा चम्मच
अमचूर पाउडर -1 छोटा चम्मच

गुलाब का शरबत-- 6 टेबल स्‍पून
फ़ूड कलर (लाल) – 7-8 boond
फ़ूड कलर (Yellow) – 7-8 boond
फ़ूड कलर (हरा) - 7-8 boond
जीरा (भूनकर पीसा हुआ) - 1 चम्मच
नीम्बू का सत्त – १/२ छोटा चम्मच
Citric Acid – ½ tsp
