Today we endeavor into the thick tones of the Rivolta Mondo Combinata baritone and Beautiful Noise When The Sun Explodes. The Combinata Baritone was the catalyst for this track - an experiment in writing dark ambient music with plenty of low-register thickness. Baritone guitars evoke this almost ominous, moody feel and I wanted to stretch myself by leaning into those sounds.
The Rivolta paired well with the When The Sun Explodes' overdrive textures and shimmery reverb to produce this beautiful, chaotic feel with plenty of depth and ambience. I love when gear can bring me out of my comfort zone and send me down new paths of creativity and writing!
