INGREDIENTS:
3 large apples (730 g)
350 g flour (a little over 2 cups)
200 g sugar (less than 1 cup)
3 eggs
80 g oil, I use sunflower oil (0.34 cup)
vanilla sugar
15 g baking powder
cinnamon
👉Bake at 180°C for approx. 50 minutes
Tin pan: 22 cm x 30 cm
Shrink pan: 26 cm, 28 cm
