Planting Tips for Summer
Garden Tip Tuesday! You can still plant many warm season crops in all but the hottest of climates.
If you're planting transplants, be sure they are hardened off sufficiently. That means, they should have been gradually acclimated to the sun.
If you're planting seeds, you're good to go and should see sprouting within a few days in the warm soil!
And be sure to take extra care by irrigating well, using shade cloth for transplants, and planting later in the day.
