A big black creature, family of the centipede. They can often be found under digesting plants (a nice soil with food) and old tree stumps. If you see a centipede inside your house, you are probably inclined to kill him (however pathetic). But no matter how much you want to, do not do it!
The reason is actually very simple: this little creature prevents your house from being full of other insects and small, teeming creatures. The centipede is a pretty voracious animal. Especially ants, spiders, bed bugs, cockroaches and silverfish are all too tasty. A kind of natural pest control.
You can also try to let the creature crawl into a jar and put it outside, where it can fight pests on your plants. Or put it in a humid place like your cellar or storage room. There are often many insects, which you get rid of in this way.
