This is part 2 of my analysis of Irish commoner Redmond Barry and his search for an honorable name.

Barry Lyndon is a 1975 period drama written and directed by Stanley Kubrick and based on William Makepeace Thakeray’s 1844 novel called The Luck of Barry Lyndon. The film stars Ryan O’Neal, Marisa Berenson, Hardy Krüger and Leon Vitali.
