Web is by and large not color managed. In other words you can't expect everyone to follow standards of color management. However you have personal responsibility to do whatever you can to make sure your view other peoples images the way they are indented and to bee seen abd prepare images for the web in such a way that anyone following color management protocols can see them properly. This video will teach you that.
