Today we are going to learn how to Play the Yoga Mirror Game for Children. This is another quiet and mindfulness game that is great for partner work or you could do it in a small group.
It’s also a great game because the kids are not talking, they are focusing on what one another is doing and they need to be very mindful and careful.
If I had Nia as my partner here I’m going to face my partner and I’m going to be the leader first and Nia will be my mirror.
You know what happens when you look in a mirror. The same thing happens in our Yoga Mirror Game for Children. so let’s see how my mirror does here with yoga mirror.
Go ahead and practice Yoga Mirror with someone sitting next to you. Remember not to mae a sound thoughas mirrors don’t make a sound.
After awhile switch who's the leader and the follower. You are having so much fun with your mirror.
Another option would be if you were in a full yoga classyou could also play this game with yoga poses and standing up moving between warrior 1 and warrior 2 in slow motion.
It is a fun game that can be played sitting down or standing. That’s how you Play Yoga Mirror.
