I sat down with the vibrant fragments of the Mario universe to script a vision for what a high-stakes sequel could actually look like. While the 2023 film brought the world of Nintendo to life, I wanted to explore the "what-if" scenario where Mario and Luigi must venture beyond their home to save multiple galaxies from an even more "wretched" force.
In this "Galaxies in Jeopardy" concept, I’ve re-contextualized legendary animation cues to pitch a story about new friends, new enemies, and the same brotherhood that started it all. I got deep into the edit to re-cook these fragments—blending custom VFX for the cosmic portals and my signature "Den" sound design to create a cinematic footprint that feels entirely new!
