Got 31 letters to read someday
I ain’t got the courage right now
So they’ll sit on the counter near the pots and pans
By my well laid plans, what a year it’s been
I threw out the clothes that I never wore,
Some are old and torn, some are new
There’s this button down shirt with the tag attached
Oh what could have been, it’s too late for that
