✔️ Chia seeds - 2 tablespoons
✔️ Rolled oats (I use instant oats) - 40g
✔️ Yogurt - 300ml
✔️ Berries - 50g
☑️ Directions:
1. Place chia seeds and oats in a jar or bowl and mix well.
2. Pour in yogurt and mix well (if the yogurt is unsweetened, I recommend adding honey).
3. Top with berries, seal, and refrigerate overnight.
4. Take it out in the morning and enjoy. ❤️
