Thanks for dropping by and subscribing. This is my Youtube cooking channel where I teach Dudes (or Dudettes) how to cook for themselves, even if they live in a crummy apartment just like mine.
Even though I am a professional Chef, you won't find a glorious kitchen, expensive equipment, research staff, cleaning crew or editing team. Nope. Just me and my sad little life after getting kicked out by my ex-wife a few years ago.
And no, I am not bitter... mostly. I am just trying to get by with what I have and making the most of my severely chopped salary and pathetic little kitchen. If you find yourself in similar circumstances, you may just find some of these recipes educational or even enlightening. You will certainly find them surprising and often foul.
