To promote the “Boxes” TV campaign, PBS and Hadley Media created the Anywhere Lounge to reinforce the idea of PBS content is available anytime, anyplace, anywhere.
“Boxes” is the inspiration for the lounge and features city, town and rural landscapes including trees, skyscrapers, houses and mountains made completely out of cardboard and other paper products. It also includes digital devices ranging from laptops to mobile phones where guests can view PBS content.
There is a photo area, phone charging stations and PBS staff on hand to answer specific questions for guests. There have also been special appearances by iconic PBS characters such as Curious George and the Cookie Monster!
