Implementer (CIS-ITSM, CIS-HR, CIS-CSM, CIS-FSM, CIS-SP, CIS-Disco, CIS-SM, CIS-EM, CIS-CPG, CIS-APM, CIS-SPM, CIS-RC, CIS-SIR, CIS-VRM, CIS-VR, CIS-SAM, CIS-HAM)
Application Specialist (CAS-PA): Renamed to Certified Implementation Specialist - Platform Analytics (CIS-PA)
Architect (CTA, CMA) - New addition: Certified Workflow Architect (CWA)
Notes: CIS-APM and CIS-CPG exams are due to be retired at the end of Q2 2025, and the certifications will only be valid until the end of Q3 2025.
