CytoSolver automatically analyzes calcium and contractility traces from both primary cardiomyocytes and iPSC-CMs. It offers a comprehensive set of tools for analyzing fluorescence and motion data collected with IonOptix systems. One of its key features is the ability to fit data from both paced (or stimulated) and unpaced cardiomyocytes. In this video, we describe how to handle data from both.
