Why we going to Iran
We have wanted to go to Iran for more than a decade. It is arguably the most Jew-friendly country in history. It's leaders brag that Iran has saved the Jews three times: when King Cyrus of Persia rescued them from Babylonian exile. In the book of Esther, the King Ahasuerus saved the Persian Jews from the genocidal plots of Haman and, during WWI and Iranian diplomat, called by some, "the Iranian Schindler," saved thousands of Jews by smuggling them INTO Iran. As a brown-skinned African American, I remember fondly that after the taking of the US embassy in Tehran the students not only let the black men go but let them take the white women with them! And, of course Iranians are famously fond of Americans. They HATE the international policies of the US government but want to live full, modern lives like we live here. This video is about why we will soon travel to a country intensely vilified by the West and its media.
