Making Two Drawer Boxes with CNC
This design is based on a custom Dovetail bit that cuts the profile into the side edges of the front and back of the drawer boxes. The mating pieces are cutout with a 1/4" endmill.
After that, we apply glue and then hammer them together after placing the bottom panel in the groove.. It makes for an exceptionally strong drawer box.
