The Laplace Transform for Dynamic System Mathematical Models
The Laplace Transform. What is a Laplace Transform and why is it used in Engineering and dynamic systems? In this video I will explain why is is important to apply the Laplace transform to differential equations when modeling dynamic systems. We will work through a simple mechanical system by writing a mathematical model in the form of a differential equation then finding the Laplace transform for that dynamic system.
