This is an underrated episode in my opinion, as it has great guest stars, great lines from Avery Brooks who hams it up in the best way possible, emotional scenes with Bashir and Jadzia, and a hostage situation that does a much better job than the TNG episode "Power Play" of being intense and engaging.
