Here's an introduction to deploying RShiny on an AWS Kubernetes cluster using EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service) to manage our Kubernetes cluster, Terraform to deploy the cluster, and a Helm chart to deploy the RShiny application.
This video is meant to get you up and running with RShiny on EKS. I tried to go over as many of the moving pieces as I could without making this take all day. Please let me know if you would like to see more!
