Stamps of Guguwuph
The Grand Duchy of Guguwuph is an alchemical fantasy from the western region of the Continent of Amphora. For a time Guguwuph was allied to the Sasquatchian Dutch Colony in the war with the Giants who hoped to conquer Wook Wook Island....One of the great accomplishments of the Guguwuphians is the development of a Balloon Courier System to transport the mails.
Faux postage, revenue and state lottery stamps of the Grand Duchy of Guguwuph are represented in this video....many of the stamps of Guguwuph have 'monster' overprints. Monster is a Low German or Dutch word meaning 'specimen'.....as in the case of postage stamps held in reserve by postmasters....The Boers of South Africa had monster overprints....The Sasquatch had no influence over the development of the monster overprints seen here, but the Dutch Colony in Wookytown is known to have developed them independently. LOL '
Specimen or monster stamps are sent out to postmasters so they have examples of legitimate stamps to compare with stamps they find in the mail....
