Seems to work well.
I added one of these temperature strips to a new continuous brewing vessel that I wrapped with a heating mat. The mat has a digital probe to assist in keeping the temperature of my kombucha at a steady 79 degrees. So far, the probe has matched the strip at reading the desired 79 degrees. The only drawback is that there is a four-degree separation between numbers, so if you are looking to have more precise reading, this may not be your strip. It has suited me perfectly in my endeavor, however.
