Welcome and this video covers the journey between KSR Bengaluru to Mysore Via Mandya by the 16231 Mayiladuthurai - Mysore Superfast Express. An awesome early morning ride starting with a Loco change from Diesel to Electric followed by scenic ride and some exclusive captures of commuter behavior at Kengeri, skipping through famous of Channapatna known for it toys, Maddur famous for its crispy Vadas and crossing the Shimsa River. Enjoy this compilation. This is an early morning 6.00 AM departure from Platform 5 and we get into KSR Bengaluru through the second entrance which provides a direct access to platform 5. The train arrives on time with a Diesel WDP4D and here at KSR Bengaluru the locomotive is changed to electric traction with a WAP7, Hemavathi belonging to Krishnarajapuram loco shed. The Mayiladuthurai express is very popular with commuters travelling to Mysore.
The journey today takes you through Kengeri Satellite town, Bidadi where Toyota car manufacturing plant is located, then on to Channapatna famous for its Wooden Toys & Dolls and then on to Maddur famous for its crispy Vada and then arrive at Mandya.
