This pineapple coconut mocktail is a non-alcoholic play of the p@ink1ller cocktail made famous by the Soggy Dollar Bar in the British Virgin Islands and is THE perfect thing to sip on this January! The grated nutmeg is a non-negotiable. 😉
Pineapple Coconut Mocktail
4oz pineapple juice
1oz orange juice
1.5oz cream of coconut (like Coco Lopez)
Freshly grated nutmeg
Crushed ice
HOW TO
1. In a cocktail shaker add 2 ice cubes. Add pineapple juice, orange juice, and cream of coconut. Cover and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Pour over crushed ice.
2. Grate fresh nutmeg over the top and enjoy!
