Trying the Button+: Unboxing and testing out functionality including the MQTT integration
In this video I put the Button+ together, on my desk, power it up and give it a go. After I unboxed the Button+ in previous video, I've been dying to actually try it out.
The documentation isn't great and lacks a lot of detail, so I struggled to get some of features working over MQTT, but that's nothing that can't be resolved.
It's still an impressive bit of hardware and once I get a better handle on the MQTT payloads, I'll be able to do a lot more.
This device has loads of potential!
