To make the cutlets, I took a chicken thigh fillet weighing 900 g. I minced it with onions, added salt and black pepper. For each cutlet, I weigh 120 g of minced meat. I form a cutlet with a diameter of 11 cm.
For the sauce, I mix mayonnaise and ketchup in equal proportions, add mustard, grainy mustard and chopped pickled cucumbers.
