Furniture Artist Making a Bench: Making the Stack Laminated Ends
Much of the interest of Art Furniture are the shapes and forms that often do not follow traditional furniture. But that custom furniture also brings with it challenges in its construction. In this video we are making the ends of the Bluestone Bench through a woodworking process called stack lamination, where thick pieces of wood are glued together and then carved to achieve the desired shape.
