Problem: We need a currency by which to measure the delivery of value into our products over time
Hypothesis: Ensuring features fit within a three month timebox and are NOT a work breakdown, but instead a value breakdown of our product will allow us to measure flow and know what to build
Time Frame: 6 weeks, ask pivot or persevere: every two weeks
Typical Outcomes: Increase in productivity
Skill Growth Criteria: You have written well formed features and they represent product value not just work to be done. Also, you understand the feature kanban
