Reverb is generated in places where there is no or almost no sound absorbing material, ie. soft materials such as sofas, curtains, rugs, cabinets, etc. In this video, we give tips on how to eliminate reverberation and make the environment more soundly pleasant.

00:00 What is echo and reverberation?
— In practical terms, it's when the voices and sounds get mixed up, and we have a hard time understanding what someone is talking about, it seems like everything gets mixed up. We hear the person well but we don't understand them well, especially from a distance.

— The ceiling is the main point of sound reflection, as it is, in most cases, straight and smooth. Therefore, placing acoustic foam all over the ceiling will cause the sound reflection to drastically decrease. The voices will have a lot less clutter and it will be a lot easier to understand what people are talking, and better distinguish the sounds of instruments and movies.

Be careful: the thicker the foam, the more it will absorb. We usually use 35mm foams, but it varies according to the shape of the room (the more square, the worse) and the type of noise that will be emitted, whether it will be just voices or also instruments.
