This champion is going to be AMAZING for new players, and still decent into the long game. The AURA skill means that as a lead, he'll help out your party in ANY CONTENT be more accurate. This matters so much to new players who may be struggling to get accuracy higher, but with this +60 ACC bonus, your champions will be constantly landing their debuffs.
Speaking of debuffs, his A3 STEALS all the buffs from the target. This is an amazing skill, so for it to be on a LEGENDARY means that my usual encouragement of SKINNER can go away for a bit!
His A2 is an AOE def down, meaning Warmaiden will not be AS NECESSARY for brand new accounts. She'll still be very useful and should be acquired, but will not be a MUST have.
His A1 is a single target freeze, which is never bad. Will mean he is slightly weaker on bosses, but not enough to not use him.
As an early game champion, he will greatly increase any account, and probably help players get much further, especially those missing Ninja.
